I’m writing to thank you for the impeccable service I received before, during, and after the purchase of my 2007 Xterra. I couldn’t have been more happy with the vehicle that was found on my behalf – it was exactly what I wanted. I particularly would like to point out the top-notch salesperson you have in Neal Latino. He explained everything, left nothing unattended to, and overall just made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I had talked with many sales people at other dealerships during my multi-month search for a vehicle and there’s no comparison. And, though I don’t know his last name, Erik in the F&I office should also be commended. The difference is obvious when comparing the caliber of his work to peoples’ in similar positions at other dealers. Making a customer feel respected is a real skill. I look forward to owning this vehicle for many years and to sending others who are in the market for a vehicle towards your dealership and Neal’s desk.

All of your staff members are top notch, care about the customer and do everything possible in repairing my vehicle. This includes Martin Dodd, the repair people
and Larry the Shuttle Guy. Your staff has gone above and beyond in resolving the problems with my Altima. Calls were returned on a regular basis, something that is lacking in many other businesses today - I was always kept informed. It should also be mentioned that your facilty is very clean and comfortable.
When I mentioned I was going to be away, Martin made sure to let me know that they would be there if my girlfriend was to have any problems. I look forward to visiting Bancroft for all of my vehicle needs and will be sure to consider Bancroft when I need to purchase a new vehicle.

This was actually my second visit to Bancroft and I have to tell you that of all the car repair places I have been, I
would rate you number 1. Your people have been very welcoming and also very informative. I also especially like your oil change set up. I believe that you are the only car dealership set up with this
particular service set up the way it is.
So, as you can see I have been very satisfied with your service and look forward to continued excellent service of
course only when necessary!

Everything went well. Everything was done and ready as promised. When additional problems were found I received a prompt phone call to inform me of the needs.
Having Larry to bring me home and pick me up is a great resource. I was able to use the time at home to catch up on work rather than having to stay at the dealership.
